"Recently I called Tom DeBerry Insurance Agency about coverage for a newly acquired vehicle. I spoke with Melissa Lovelady. Melissa was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and outgoing. She explained to me and provided me with various options to consider and choose from. A few minutes later she called me with quotes, sent me an email with ID card and also mailed the ID card via regular mail. Generally, I'm very pleased with Tom DeBerry Insurance Agency. "So much for State Farm being there for you. We have had them for years and had a toilet supply line burst which causing flooding damage. We did everything possible to help keep costs down getting multiple bids to take the lower one and didn’t fight on anything when we should have. Not only were they difficult to get a hold of and change representatives without notice and almost monthly but delay in taking care of your claim. Well now that our renewal is up (even though our house isn’t fixed in the 6 months since it happened from their delays) they sent us a letter saying they will not insure us because we had a claim. What’s the point of having homeowners insurance then? So find yourself a company that actually cares!"

"I had been putting off shopping for new insurance coverages for years. It's always such a hassle. Well, it was before this year, anyway. I initially contacted Katie because I know her. She was really helpful in guiding me regarding the information they would need to start new quotes for my home, auto and umbrella policies. Because of our relationship she continued to act as a point of contact (sort of), even after she turned me over to Amy to actually quote my policies. I really put Amy through her paces in asking for policy quotes. By the time I decided on the coverages I wanted, Amy prepared no fewer than seven (and possibly more) different combinations of coverage levels on the various policies for me. Both of these ladies exhibited, exemplary levels of professionalism and courtesy. They made my new-policy-shopping (almost) painless!"
