"I’m really disappointed at the Tom DeBerry office. I came to this State Farm when I was being insured but Farmers and it was expensive and I found State Farm Tom Deberry cheaper for me and beneficial for me since I was 20. But lately things have change and I’m not happy with….. first of all when I call NO ONE picks up or I’ll leave a message NO call back. I’ll text message someone nothing it’s to the point where I kind have to call them every 3 mins to get someone. When I FINALLY have someone Sarah picked up. I ask if she can run my car and rental insurance for $228 instead of $250 because I had other bills coming out. Sarah said yes of course. So when she ran the bill she didn’t change the amount. She ran it the $250 and I was freaking out because my bills were coming out. I was very upset I went overdrafted to my acct. this office has change and I’m considering looking for another State Farm office !!!!"

"I had been with Hartford ins for Many Years. My prior car lease was up, so I turned it in and got a new Kia Seltos. I was happy and excited with the new car until I called Hartford and found out how much my new insurance was going to cost. When your on SS and disabled as well, additional income isnt available. So I started to do research putting out feelers on new insurance. Boy did my phone blow up with pushy and somewhat rude agents.....until I came across a wonderful gentleman by the name of Dustin with this agency. He was knowledgeable, kind and had a great whit about him. If I was 20 yrs younger and still had my insurance fraud investigation firm I'd sure try to steal him away to work for my company. So. If you need new auto insurance and your looking for a good policy at a fair price I'd recommend State Farm and this agency. Ask for Dustin, you won't be disappointed."

"After a week of playing phone tag, many questions and answers, as well as scheduling difficulties, I was finally able to get my insurance policies up and running thanks to Dustin and Team from Tom DeBerry's State Farm office.
